How to Order

We provide a service for digital picture recovery after accidentally erasing precious photos. Undelete and unerase.

Print out the appropriate Order Form and complete it with your instructions, full
contact details and the price, calculated from the price list on the order forms.

If you are unsure of the pricing and for extreme damage or changes
needed you can request a quotation by ticking the "Free Quotation"
box on the order form and entering details of work required.

Please ensure that you include your email address. For quotations or, in the
unlikely event that we need to revise your price calculation, we will contact
you by email for your acceptance, before carrying out the requested work

If you do not have an email address we would send this revised quote by Post

Post your photograph, CD or media card with your
order form and payment to us at the following address

Payment can be made by "Crossed" Postal Order or Cheque made out to M. J. Elliott

To ensure that your photograph is properly protected we recommend you use a
heavyweight card backed envelope (available from most good stationary shops).

(We will be setting up Credit Card and Switch facilities. We are currently addressing the security issues)

We will complete the your job within 5 working days
and return it to you by your preferred postal method.

Your images will be kept on file should you need extra
reprints and as security against future loss or damage.

Notes on Digital Image Recovery

Have you ever accidentally deleted pictures from the memory card in your digital camera, or in
the card reader and want to "undelete" or "unerase"? Check our Digital picture recovery prices

If this has not happened to you yet, you should still read this - because one day it will happen.

Stop everything!
Take no more pictures. Switch the camera off, and immediately remove the memory card. If this happens in the
computer card reader, Stop! Do nothing else except select a different drive than your card reader. Then remove
the memory card from the card reader. Doing anything else could prevent the successful digital picture recovery.

If you do this straight away then there is every chance that you can get full Digital Image Recovery of your photos
A full undelete or unerase is possible.

Send the card in to Photo Doctor or take to any local business providing digital image recovery services and the
photographs will be recovered where possible and written to a CD . The success rate is high providing you follow
the above instructions.

Digital camera memory cards can sometimes become corrupted for any number of reasons. If the card stops you
accessing it or the camera comes up with an card error message, send it to us for the full digital picture recovery
treatment. Just remember, if we find no pictures it will cost you nothing except £1 packing & postage. We charge
nothing for our time unless we successfully undelete or unerase photos.

Notes
It is recommended that you periodically Format your memory card in the Camera, after you have copied over the
photographs to the computer or CD . Do this instead of Deleting all the pictures and it will keep your card free of
digital clutter that can cause corruptions , that may prevent full digital image recovery, or reduced card capacity .

Deleting or erasing a picture does not actually wipe the photo clean off the memory card. It only changes the file
name to allow it to be overwritten with the next pictures that are taken . That is why it is important to do nothing
else after accidentally deleting photos. With our Digital Picture Recovery service we can successfully "undelete"
or "unerase" these files (photos).
