Excuse my spelling in this panel. It is purely to improve my Web Site search profile and aimed at those
people (30%) who misspell geneology (like that). Interesting script. Just don't criticise my spelling. OK!

Time, Photographs, Geneology & Family History

Time chips away at all material things. There is inevitable damage & deterioration of photos, that comes with
age . Typically a photograph will fade and discolor as it gets older while successive accidents take their toll .
Unless they are important, those " Old " photos are seen as "too far gone" and binned, if not in by the current
generation then certainly by the next.

Is it important to preserve old photographs ? Yes , I believe it is, because it is one of the few remaining visual
records of where we came from . It may not have the commercial value of that old porcelain cup but it reflects
our history and our heritage and once gone cannot be replaced. Anyone interested in geneology realises that
they frequently provide valuable clues into the lives of our forebears.

For those interested in preserving photographic historical records, we will digitally archived them 'as they are'
at a very reasonable cost, while those important pictures can be fully restored , as funds permit . This should
appeal to all interested in Geneology and family history . We are offering any member of a recognised Family
History or Geneology society a standing 10% discount on any archival & restoration work . This discount will
not apply in conjunction with any other offers that may be current at the time.

One last thing - If your not into this Geneology & family thing, that's fine but don't bin your folks old photos. If
your local library is not interested in them - Send them here. We will soon sort them out and make sure that
anything of historical or social importance is preserved. Perth Library, Scotland told me they would take any
"old" photos, rather than see them binned.
